Freeze-Drying Technique

CNI Lyophilized Royal Jelly is processed via a freeze-drying technique or “lyophilization” to preserve its active ingredient. The freeze-drying technique is used to produce light, compressed and nutritionally-intact food. This technique involves temperature shift below -0 ºC and takes more than a day to evaporate moisture from raw Royal Jelly. The Royal Jelly is then processed into powder without additives. Stringent quality tests like US Waters HPLC and Thermo ELISA Readers are finally administered on CNI Lyophilized Royal Jelly before it is released for public consumption.
