Tom Yam Chicken Soup
Ingredients A
- Tom Yam Paste 100g
- Big Onion 150g (remove skin
and cut into 6 pieces)
- Tomato 150g (cut into
6 pieces)
- Tomato Puree 2 tablespoons
Celery 100g (sliced)
- Cili Padi 40g (meshed)
- Lemongrass 1 stalk (meshed)
- Turmeric Leaf 1 piece
- Galangal 2 pieces
- Kaffir Lime Leaves 5 pieces
- Chicken Drumstick 400g (cut into pieces)
- Water 1300cc
Ingredients B
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Sugar 1 teaspoon
- Lime Juice 2 tablespoons
- Parsley Leaf sprinkle
Method
- Add ingredients A into the 26cm stock pot and cook.
- Later, add in Ingredients A to the cooked soup.
