Tom Yam Chicken Soup

Ingredients A

  1. Tom Yam Paste 100g
  2. Big Onion 150g (remove skin
    and cut into 6 pieces)
  3. Tomato 150g (cut into
    6 pieces)
  4. Tomato Puree 2 tablespoons
    Celery 100g (sliced)
  5. Cili Padi 40g (meshed)
  6. Lemongrass 1 stalk (meshed)
  7. Turmeric Leaf 1 piece
  8. Galangal 2 pieces
  9. Kaffir Lime Leaves 5 pieces
  10. Chicken Drumstick 400g (cut into pieces)
  11. Water 1300cc

Ingredients B

  1. Salt 1 teaspoon
  2. Sugar 1 teaspoon
  3. Lime Juice 2 tablespoons
  4. Parsley Leaf sprinkle

Method

  1. Add ingredients A into the 26cm stock pot and cook.
  2. Later, add in Ingredients A to the cooked soup.
