Home made fare are priceless because they contain a special ingredient call love. Why not present your family a refreshing dessert called `Marble Jelly$rsquo; that’s easy to prepare and is really a treat!
Preparation
Boil water in a pot over medium heat, put in jelly and stir until completely solvent. Add in sugar, stir until completely dissolved.
Mix eggs, evaporated milk and corn flour in a bowl, then pour mixture into boiling jelly. Mix well.
Add in vanilla essence, mix well and turn off heat.
Divide the jelly mixture into 3 equal parts. Add the first part with CNI Si Manis Rose Syrup Concentrate, mix well; second part mix well with CNI Gold Soya and third part with CNI Mocha Ginseng.
Pour the three parts by alternate layers into your chosen mould for a colourful effect.
More delicious if cooled in the refrigerator.
You can also decorate your Marble Jelly with fruits or mint leaf before serving.
