It is processed through low heat and flash pasteurization, low heat spray dry and agglomeration to maintain its original nutrients. Colostrum produced in New Zealand is high in vitamins and minerals and has been granted the High Quality Health Certificates as well as BSE (a type of cow disease) - Free Certificate from New Zealand Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry in addition to the "Halal" Certificate from the New Zealand Islamic Meat Management.
